Notes: Written for the seans_50 November Film Challenge using The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King as inspiration. Also written for ribby, as an extremely late Halloween treat I owe her for "knocking" on my virtual!door. D'oh!

2 things:

1) any stories, short or long, where one of the boys comes close to drowing? Anything that had to do with peril in the water, really...eg. accidentally driving the Impala off a bridge or into a lake, swimming too close to rapids or doing something retarded in a pool, whatever. Bonus points for: CPR being given, hypothermia ensuing, manhandling an unconscious sibling around, and teary, heartfelt demands to 'wake up!' or 'not die!'

I like angst, I like wincest and gen. (but no het, please), I like self-pimp, go crazy and give 'er!

2) a specific story where the boys find out they can't actually die, and they go through a ton of weird accidental deaths, where they just sort of wake up afterward and keep going. I remember there were deaths where they fell of a cliff I think, and one death where Dean found out he had AIDS and then shot himself rather than wait to die. Sam freaked out and flailed for a few, not knowing whether the curse or whatever was wrong with them would cover suicide too and let him wake up again. Not sure, but I think it was one of those '5 times' stories...probably wrong though...

Are there any fics where Dean becomes a demon or is always a demon, ones where he doesn't go to Hell for it to happen?

I'd like to see stories where Dean is some other creature, as well, but I'm on a demon kick right now.

Self recs are fine. Admittedly, I'd prefer gen if possible.

I'd like any and all crossovers with Paradise Lost, please. Specifically, one that mentions Abdiel by name and talks about how he already died. I think it was Castiel's pov. I read it somewhere around a year ago.
